16:00 Products baking... Mr. Micali explains the importance of using first quality primary products and answer to the questions of the children

16:30 Biscuits out of the oven and lets taste them... Delivery of "Award" biscuits. "Guided" taste of panettone and pandoro.

16.30 Delivery to the participants of the Voucher "Christmas Promo" and invite to the appointment of 18.00 in IPS shops

17:15 Mr.Fabio Micali presents the programm of the course and aims: putizza, presnitz, mother yeast refreshment

17:30 Practical execution of the recipes (doughs and preparation excluding the rising phase) and biscuits in different shapes

18:00 Products baking...Mr. Micali explains the importance of using first quality primary products and answer to the questions of the participants

18:30 Prodocts out of the oven...and let them get cold. Mr. Micali and Fontanot explain the importance of the mother yeast and its refreshment

18.45 At the end "guided" taste of panettone and pandoro.

19.00 Delivery of "award" products. Delivery to the partecipants of the voucher Christmas Promo and invite to the appointment from 18:00 in the shops IPQ
